Atlantica has in place an Integrity Management System (IMS) which captures, identifies and governs all activities of the company. Within the IMS lies the ISO 9001 Certified Quality Enterprise Management System (QEMS). All documents that comprise the IMS are controlled through the QEMS document control process through the life cycle of all documents.
Having a robust set of documents is just as important as the need to oversee and evaluate their effectiveness and use throughout the company. Performance monitoring of set metrics, scheduled IMS assessments and customer satisfaction surveys provide the feedback necessary to monitor how effectively our operations are being managed. Remedial actions from numerous inputs are tracked through to close-out and a Management of Change (MOC) process is in place to ensure operational integrity at all times. The IMS involves team members from all levels to continually review and refine the system to ensure the successful functioning of the company.
