On July 2, 2015, the Atlantica Management, “Team” gathered at St. Arnold Brewery for a teambuilding day full of outstanding participation and interaction. The overall experience was not only impactful but also productive as many set expectations were met. Breakout groups provided individuals an opportunity to get to know each other on a more personal level than the office setting, which in turn strengthened relationships. After a healthy lunch, further breakout groups were assigned and Team Members assembled seven children’s bikes in groups with some healthy competitive spirit and then raced them in style while others cheered the riders along. Team Members were able to contribute their greatest strengths, all while working together to accomplish an end goal. The bikes were donated to The Boys and Girls Club of Houston to be gifted to deserving kids in the surrounding area. The day closed with an activity involving Atlantica’s nine values and beliefs, followed by individuals’ feedback on what they believe The Company stands for. The days end result – an even stronger Team Atlantica! The attached photos illustrate the productive and enjoyable day shared by all.
